Filtering Records from Dashboard

You can customize the dashboard by applying Status, Priority, Process, or Execution TimeLine filters.

To filter, click a pie slice from the Status, Priority, Process, or Execution Time Line graph.

For example, to view the completed processes of Low priority, click the "Completed" pie slice from the Status pie chart, followed by the "Low" pie slice from the Priority pie chart, and the dashboard is filtered accordingly. Likewise, to filter the execution details by a specific process name, click the Process Name from the Process pie chart, and the execution details are filtered accordingly.

In this example, the dashboard displays the execution details for the "Sample Subprocess" process scheduled with a low priority and executed successfully.

The Execution TimeLine graph will display the number of processes executed on a specific date. The X-axis indicates the date, while the Y-axis shows the number of processes. To filter the dashboard based on the date, click on the plotted date from the graph.

In this example, to view the process executed on the specific date, click the plotted date from the Execution TimeLine graph.

The Execution Details are filtered based on the selected date.
